Established in 2005, Full Circle is a dynamic and results-focused management consultancy practice. We have developed and grown significantly but our core ethos always remains the same – to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to provide practical assistance to SME and micro enterprise owner-managers overcome barriers to growth and to identify, target and fully exploit new business opportunities.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Programme Assistant to join our team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You will have the ability to act on your own initiative and manage your own workload effectively. You’ll have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a preparedness to work outside of your immediate comfort zone. You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders from private and public sectors. You’ll have excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. You will have strong attention to detail and great organisational and administrative skills– keeping digital and manual filing systems organised and up to date.
In terms of experience and qualifications-a related 3rd level qualification would be desirable but not essential. You will have experience of working on multiple projects or priorities simultaneously and experience in administrative processes.
This is a varied role that will involve programme administration, market research and business support.
You’ll be:
· Assisting our Senior Programme Co-ordinator in the Marketing and Recruitment of the Programme Initiatives to prospective businesses.
· Engaging with business owners to assess their needs and assign a business mentor.
· Keeping records accurate and up-to-date using established systems in place – both on Excel and on Management Information Systems.
· Helping to manage public events/workshops/networking events including marketing, recruitment of participants and liaising with trainers to ensure successful delivery.
· Collating paperwork from business mentors and supporting information for invoicing on a monthly basis.
· Supporting business mentors to research markets on behalf on individual client businesses and identify potential customers for them.
· Appointment setting: reaching out to potential customers by telephone and email on behalf of individual business clients to assess interest in meeting.
