Te Tūranga – About the role The Employee Experience (EEx) Programme is our co-op-wide reset of how our people and payroll experience works; simpler, smarter, and designed for the moments that matter. We’re modernising systems and streamlining processes so it’s easier for our teams (stores, DCs and Support Centre) to get stuff done and focus on customers. As we launch our new EEx Programme here at Foodies, we are creating a new team dedicated to successful delivery of this co-operative wide programme and we need an exceptional Programme Coordinator to join in the fun! Reporting to the Programme Delivery Lead, you’ll work closely with the wider EEx Programme Leadership and Change teams to ensure milestones are met, information flows smoothly, and delivery teams are well supported. You’ll provide coordination across financials, governance, onboarding, programme cadence, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. This is an opportunity to be involved in complex programme delivery at scale! You will thrive on a solid to do list including: Coordinate and support programme governance, including Steering Committee packs, reports and meetings Track and manage programme financials, including purchase orders, invoicing, budgets and timesheets (Jira/Tempo) Support Project and Programme Managers with plans, RAID logs, timelines, reports and artefacts Maintain a single source of truth for programme information and ways of working Support onboarding for new programme team members and contractors (SOWs, access, tools) Coordinate meetings, workshops and PMO rituals, ensuring inclusive and well‑run sessions Capture stakeholder and employee feedback, track actions and outcomes, and support benefits reporting Build strong working relationships across the PM practice, IT and the wider business He kōrero mōu – About you So, this opportunity sounds exciting right? We are keen to hear from you if you have: Proven experience in project or programme coordination, ideally within IT or transformation/change project environments Confidence or learning ability to work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong financial tracking and reporting skills Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience using tools such as Excel, MS Project, JIRA/Tempo and ServiceNow A detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven approach with sound judgement A set of values that match ours and of course, a good sense of humour!
