What We're Looking For: We are seeking a Programme Coordinator who will ensure our programming objectives and goals are met with the highest quality. The Main Responsibilities of the Programme Coordinator include (but are not limited to): Program management: Manage the work processes and project timelines for programs at varying stages of development in accordance with the Program Lifecycle, Ensure that key deadlines are met, in conjunction with the client; manage tasks and communicate timelines, Ensure that all parties (partners, client’s program leaders, client’s program directors, participants, internal staff) have timely and accurate program information, Collect and update internal databases with all participant, partner and client’s program leader information, Oversee registration and vet participants for each program, ensuring compliance with client’s policies, Consider the nature of the program and work with the client to tailor the delivery method most appropriate for the program objectives. Material preparation and evaluation: Prepare pre-program and final program materials for programs, in conjunction with client’s policies, Organize incoming new program materials from the program leaders, Review, edit, and format all materials, Create zoom links, meet with DFI facilitator, meet with client’s program directors and program leaders Input program evaluations and prepare evaluation reports, Support program delivery through TCPP, the client’s learning management system, including creating LMS pages, uploading documents, creating announcements, and enrolling participants, Ensure that participants, partners and client’s program leaders receive all pre-reading and course material at appropriate times, Ensure that a complete record of program material is filed in the appropriate program folders. Travel Coordination Support the travel itineraries for an assigned program, Coordinate accommodation and local transportation for each program, Support the client’s program director in arranging the delivery mechanisms, including video conferencing, interpretation and technical facilitation services. This may include participating on-line in off-hour or weekends, depending on the program time zone, as programs are delivered in the time zones of the Partner Finances and budget: Coordinate contracts for each program in partnership, Draft and finalize various internal program documents for client’s program leaders and partners (i.e. letters of agreement, partnership agreements etc.), in conjunction with the client’s program director. Program Reporting: Contribute to a positive and robust team effort, Comply with all client’s and DF’s policies, procedures and guidelines, Participate in team meetings as required, Fulfil ad hoc requests (writing/drafting reports, special assignments, etc., Perform other duties as requested.
