KSN Energy is the product of innovative growth and client demand for reliable advice on sustainable issues within the built environment. We provide bespoke retrofit and sustainability services for the property sector.
We are currently seeking a Programme Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Dublin 4. This key role involves leading a team of auditors and contributing significantly to our internal compliance and governance efforts.
Responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly report suites, streamlining and enhancing processes, and managing the daily operations of our comprehensive BER Auditing scheme.

Coordinate the project activities of an experienced Audit team Oversee the planning and execution of tasks assigned to a skilled audit team, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and high-quality results in line with organisational goals. Provide guidance and support to facilitate seamless project delivery.

  • Develop monthly and quarterly progress reporting Create comprehensive progress reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, summarising key outcomes, metrics, and insights. Ensure reports are accurate, well-structured, and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Process development Identify opportunities for improvement in existing workflows and develop processes that enhance productivity and quality. Implement new procedures where necessary to align with best practices and company standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to SLA and KPIs Monitor and enforce compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Address deviations and implement measures to maintain performance standards.
  • Ability to communicate clear and concise messaging to a team Demonstrate excellent communication skills with instructions, updates, and objectives clearly conveyed to team members. Encourage open dialogue and foster collaboration within the team.
  • Responsible for resource allocation and planning Plan and allocate resources efficiently across projects and tasks, ensuring personnel and materials are adequately utilised. Adapt resource plans to address shifting priorities and challenges.
  • Familiarity with ISO standard compliance (9001, 27001, 45001, 22301) Maintain an in-depth understanding of ISO standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity). Ensure compliance with these standards across all relevant operations and processes.
  • Dispute resolution Handle conflict resolution professionally by addressing disputes within the team or with stakeholders promptly and effectively. Implement solutions that preserve harmony and uphold company values.
  • Scheduling teams and programmes Organise schedules for teams and programmes, ensuring alignment with project timelines, availability, and objectives. Monitor progress and make adjustments to schedules when necessary.
  • People management Lead and foster a positive and productive environment for team members. Provide mentorship, oversee performance, and drive success in programme outcomes.
  • Ability to analyse trends Assess and interpret trends from various metrics to identify patterns, insights, and areas for improvement. Use analytical findings to inform decisions and strategies for enhancing efficiency and results.

Knowledge/Experience :

  • Level 8 Qualification in Construction, Built Environment or relevant technical field
  • A strong background in QA will also be considered;
  • Minimum of 3/4 years’ experience in a project coordination role;
  • A BER Qualification, whilst desirable, is not essential for this role.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Excellent numerical ability, analytical ability and attention to detail;
  • Strong MS office skills with a good working knowledge of Excel;
  • Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Confidentiality and discretion are essential requirements of this role;
  • Highly organised.
