JOB OVERVIEW

This position will be of key importance within the organisation and the Managing Director will rely heavily on the jobholder, trusting that work will be handled effectively and efficiently We are looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented and possess time-management skills in high-demand settings. REQUIREMENTS

• A university or poly degree
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solver
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to organise and prioritise work
• Effective communicator, team player and highly personable
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Five days’ work week

• Working with the director at a senior level to provide high quality executive assistance, administrative support, and management task, to allow him to manage and prioritize his time.
• Assist director in developing and implementing plans and goals for the company
• Work closely and effectively with department heads to plan, organise and schedule classes and lesson timetable
• Provide a bridge for clear communication between the operations, academic and sales department
• Managing marketing and communication collaterals
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
