OWN AND SCALE STARTUP ACADEMY

• Define the long-term strategy and operating plan for Startup Academy. This includes setting goals, scoping key initiatives, and executing across content, programming, and distribution
• Identify the highest-impact areas to focus on, whether that’s expanding reach, improving engagement, or testing new formats
• Build processes and systems that make the program sustainable, repeatable, and scalable

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to build something from scratch and knows how to operate with both focus and flexibility. You’ll thrive in this role if you have a mix of strategic thinking, strong execution, and a deep understanding of what founders actually need.

THE ROLE

Startup Academy is Iterative’s public-facing platform to help more people in Southeast Asia become great founders. We do this through a high-quality self-paced programme, and we organise events that are practical, no-fluff, and founder-first.
We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of Startup Academy and turn it into a high-impact engine for attracting, educating, and engaging future founders. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll set the strategy and run the day-to-day from programme development to event execution to performance tracking.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your job is to turn Startup Academy into the most useful, engaging, and founder-first program for aspiring entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia.
You’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our programme content and event programming. You’ll work cross-functionally with the Recruiting and Iterative Founders teams to make sure Startup Academy becomes a key top-of-funnel growth engine for Iterative.
