Job Description (2-year contract, work location at Lakeside area) Programme Executive (Client Support and Administration)
We are currently seeking an individual to join our Employment Support Team (EST). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities who are seeking open employment opportunities. As the primary point of contact for public inquiries, this role ensures the smooth execution of daily operations. The Programme Executive will collaborate closely with the Centre Manager and team members to gather data, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working with persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Experience or training in Social Work Associate role is preferred.
  • Experience in the social service sector is an advantage.

Manage the intake application process for persons with disabilities requesting open employment assistance and coordinate the intake assessment schedule.

  • Address public inquiries and referrals for new clients.
  • Review and collate intake documentation.
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with PDPA guidelines.
  • Compile and analyse data to generate reports
