The stages of the recruitment process are:
1. First stage interview with the Head of Learning (virtual)
2. Second Stage interview with the Global Executive Director, Dorchester Collection Academy and Talent Attraction and Employer Branding Manager at our London corporate office (in-person)
3. Training Presentation to the Dorchester Collection Academy team (in-person)

Responsibilities

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our clients and our people:

  • You will be responsible to assess, create and deliver unique training content bringing to life Dorchester Collection’s vision and values to ensure our clients receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also develop, prepare and coordinate all training plans, e.g. calendars, materials, workbooks, learning notes.
  • Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Programme Facilitator, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
  • You will also drive and monitor the implementation and maintenance of the learning programmes and processes across our collection of hotels to ensure all employees and within our clients businesses so that they receive the relevant training and development in line with all agreed standards.
  • One of your main responsibility will be to support the exciting implementation of our new LMS across the hotels.

The hours of operation for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, based in our corporate office in Knightsbridge. You are able to work from home on Mondays when the business allows. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel.
