Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Curate, coordinate, and conduct education programmes for children aged 12 and below, including day camps, overnight camps, guided tours, and in-park activities. · Facilitate workshops for early childhood educators to position Mandai Wildlife Reserves as the choice venue for nature-based outdoor learning journeys. · Develop age-appropriate educational resources aligned with curriculum framework and conservation goals. · Oversee programme operations, including logistics, risk management, and handling programme enquiries and coordinating schedules. · Monitor programme effectiveness, ensure high-quality delivery, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives. · Train and lead facilitators to deliver education programmes and workshops for educators. · Perform other relevant duties to support the growth and impact of ZooSchool’s education initiatives. Job Requirements: · Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Environmental Education, Outdoor Education, or a related field. · At least 4 years of experience working with children. · At least 2 years of experience in developing educational programme, resources and delivery, including outdoor, preschool or conservation-based learning. · Excellent communication and presentation skills, a positive attitude, growth mindset, teamwork, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments. · Confident facilitating outdoor and overnight programmes, with a strong passion for wildlife conservation and public education. · Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays, when required.
