Responsibilities

The faculty of Construction are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Multi Trade Programme Leader to join the well-established Carpentry, Joinery and Brickwork team. This is a fast paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with other Programme Leaders in providing high quality teaching to learners aged 16 plus, teaching Level 1, 2 and 3 in Carpentry, Joinery and Brickwork.

Other duties will include:

  • Teaching, facilitating and tracking of learner progress.
  • Assessment of learner progress against targeted achievement.
  • Ensuring the provision of high-quality pastoral and supportive care of learners as part of the whole learner journey.
  • Ensure the provision of highly effective guidance to learners to assist them through their programme and in their progression onto a positive destination, for example higher learning or employment.
  • Maintain effective management of learners’ programmes, working with other teams as required ensuring a high quality, individualised offer.
