In this role, you’ll take charge of multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, multi-year programmes that shape our strategic future. You’ll own delivery from start to finish—ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. From business processes and systems to data and people, you’ll make sure every change aligns with our organisational strategy. What you’ll be doing Lead programme shaping and delivery with business sponsors, defining objectives, benefits, and priorities. Establish and maintain governance structures and ensure effective oversight and reporting. Develop and manage programme plans, budgets, and financial controls. Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across projects and programmes. Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the programme lifecycle. Integrate change management activity and lead benefits realisation. What does it take to be a Programme Manager? Recognised project/programme management qualification (Prince2, APM, MSP). Significant experience in a project manager or equivalent role, delivering complex, multi-year projects. Experience managing complex business change programmes across part or all of the operating model. Experience in large, regulated environments and team leadership. Strong commercial acumen and financial control. Experience in risk management and stakeholder collaboration. Excellent collaborative and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues. Ability to adapt, challenge, and implement change constructively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement. What’s in it for you?
