Are you passionate about property and keen to contribute to the effective and efficient handling of a diverse historic property portfolio? Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a proactive Programme Manager to join our Commercial Estates team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working within the Commercial Estates team, this exciting opportunity entails assisting with the successful commissioning, delivery, monitoring and co-ordination of programmes of work, the management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising within the Commercial Estate.
The role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum for both the capital and revenue work programmes.

The role will include (but not exclusively):

• Monitoring of financial data
• Ensuring the achievement of revenue and capital targets
• Planning, designing and challenging the capital and revenue programmes of work
• Helping to develop and procure framework agreements
• Preparing and presenting reports.
