About the Role
Come join Keighley College as our Programme Manager for Building Services (Electrical & Plumbing). Study Programmes is a growing and dynamic team and due to growth in numbers we are recruiting a highly motivated and ambitious Programme Manager to join the existing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in industry or education and would like to move into a management role. We would be interested in speaking to anyone who is keen to progress their career and work with us to grow our provision in line with the skills development requirements for the West Yorkshire economic region.
What You Will Do
1. Manage and coordinate the curriculum clusters within Building Services
2. Working with stakeholders to ensure the curriculum contributions to local sills agenda
3. Develop new curriculum (Level 3 & T Level) and maximise destination led learning
4. Work with all members of the team to improve quality

About You

  • Extensive experience, knowledge and skills to manage delivery of a range of levels across the curriculum, which demonstrates active learning and differentiated teaching styles.
  • Experience of positively managing student and group progression, advice and guidance in a Adult Education setting, with positive outcomes
  • Experience of supervising/managing staff to ensure high performance
  • Experience of undertaking internal verification and moderation activities
  • Proven commitment to continuous professional development
