  • Beacon of Life (BOL) – an ex-inmate peer support group providing mentorship, circles of support, and life skills development to facilitate successful reintegration.

Working closely with programme, mentoring & casework, and volunteer management teams, the Programme Manager ensures that engagement strategies are responsive to needs, collaborative in approach, and impactful in outcomes.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in community engagement, outreach, or programme management.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including vulnerable groups.
  • Experience in volunteer management and event coordination.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with programme needs.
  • Preferably with experience in the social sector, particularly with at-risk youth, ex-inmates, or socially disadvantaged communities.
  • Familiarity with strengths-based and community development approaches.

  • Collaborate with partners for joint initiatives, sponsorships, and shared resources.
  • Support volunteers and partners to ensure quality programme delivery.
  • Work with colleagues to document impact stories, prepare publicity materials, and advocate for community strengths, youth potential, and second chances.
