Job Description We are now looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional programs inside Delivery Hero Payments, and group-wide initiatives involving our EU marketplace platform affiliates. The role is central to driving structured project execution, senior management alignment, board preparation, and regulatory transformation programs. The Program Manager ensures delivery across internal departments and marketplace stakeholders, while maintaining oversight on milestones, risks, dependencies and communication. This is a high-impact role working at the intersection of payments, marketplace operations, compliance, governance and security. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership Lead cross-functional programs across: Merchant Operations, Regulatory Compliance & AML, Finance & Payments Operations, Risk & Governance, Information Security and BCM Manage group-aligned initiatives with our EU Platform brands (internal clients) Lead external projects (e.g. with consultancies, Auditors) Structure complex regulatory implementation programs with external dependencies Define project plans, business cases, timelines, OKRs, and success KPIs Lead project governance: risks, blockers, dependencies, stakeholder updates Senior Management & Governance Maintain and update the senior management program agenda and registry of strategic initiatives Coordinate Board meeting materials, agenda, deadlines and presenters Track decision items, follow-ups and execution post-Board meetings Maintain a consolidated view of all institutional programs and regulatory deliverables Facilitate alignment across senior leadership, functional owners and marketplaces Communication & Cross-Group Coordination Serve as project communication bridge across internal teams and marketplaces Lead reporting and steering committees where needed Ensure clear documentation, structured updates and audit-ready evidence Qualifications Must Have 3+ years experience in program or project management roles, ideally in: payments, fintech, financial services, or regulated operations environments Fluent English and Greek Marketplace group and/or internal-client setup experience is a strong advantage Based in Athens (or willing to relocate) Skill & Profile Cross-functional coordination strength, structured delivery mindset Familiarity with compliance, AML, governance, finance and risk frameworks Executive maturity — able to run board and senior leadership agendas Strong project tooling, planning, documentation and presentation skills Independent, organised, influential and execution-driven Nice to Have Background working within large tech or food delivery groups Experience implementing new regulations across multiple departments Exposure to payment acquiring or PSP settlement operations (even internal scope) Prior work running executive governance forums or senior agendas Additional Information If you are happy, we are happy!
