As part of the Digital Services Directorate, the Enterprise Enabling Systems Group delivers the critical information systems that underpin CQUniversity’s success. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, high-impact Information Systems projects that support core operations, enhance user experiences, and align with strategic priorities.
You’ll bring your expertise in programme-level coordination, stakeholder engagement, and strategic delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and with lasting value. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams, embed strong governance practices, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • A relevant degree with at least 10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and industry experience.
  • Proven experience leading complex ICT programs using both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex ICT challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across varied stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in driving business process improvements and supporting cultural change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and support high-performing teams.
