To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Programme Manager for a Middle East Customer (m/f/d) to join us full-time (40 hours/week).

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: University degree in an engineering, technical or business field (or comparable education). At least 2 years experience in Programme Management.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities and enthusiasm for collaborating with various teams and partners in an international environment.
• Technical Attitude: Demonstrated experience in using problem analysis tools, solving techniques and risk analysis
• Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated experience in managing contract administration and programme controlling
• Soft Skills: Negotiation and influencing skills, priority setting, conflict resolution and ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• For contractual reasons, the position is limited to NATO nationals and NATO-equivalent nationals
