That’s the power of plus. Job Description The Ops Development & Expansion team is responsible for the strategic setup and enhancement of future and existing fulfilment centers. The team ensures seamless integration of new centers into the supply chain while driving operational improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. By focusing on long-term development and performance optimization, the team implements enhancements without interfering with daily operational execution, supporting the overall growth and success of fulfilment operations. As a key member of the Ops Development & Expansion team, this role focuses on the strategic setup and continuous improvement of fulfilment centers, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced performance. Your Tasks: Supporting new fulfilment center setup – support the coordination, and execution of new fulfilment centre setups, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with business goals. Driving operational improvements – implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, improve quality, and optimise productivity across fulfilment operations. Monitoring quality & performance – track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards during operational changes. Facilitating change management – support transitions by training teams, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring minimal disruption while adopting new processes. Cross-functional coordination – collaborate with logistics, IT, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment across departments and support seamless fulfilment operations. Ensuring customer-centric operations – maintain a strong focus on meeting customer expectations in terms of delivery speed, accuracy, and overall service quality. Conducting acceptance testing for MHE (Material Handling Equipment) – Lead or support Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT & SAT) for automation systems, conveyors, sortation systems, and other MHE. Leading or supporting WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation – Participate in the evaluation, deployment, testing, and go-live support of WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Körber). Driving high-impact operational improvements – identify and implement large-scale process optimisations, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Leading change management initiatives – design and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices across teams and locations. Forstering cross-functional partnerships – engage across logistics, IT, customer service, and supply chain to align fulfilment operations with broader business goals and customer needs. Developing a customer-first culture – drive initiatives that enhance customer experience by optimizing fulfilment operations for speed, accuracy, and service excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in third-party logistics, either on the provider or customer side (preferably in e-commerce/B2C) or in in-house operations. Solid stakeholder management skill Lean Management / Six Sigma experience Experience from leading multiple complex role related projects Excellent communication skills Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis (intermediate SQL, advanced Excel) and the ability to maintain both a high-level perspective and attention to detail. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive work approach. Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with proficiency in standard MS Office applications. High mobility and willingness to travel as required. Fluent in English (C1/C2 level), both spoken and written.
