What You’ll Be Doing
As Programme Manager, you’ll take the lead on tombola’s major programmes—aligning vision with execution and ensuring everything runs like clockwork:
✅ Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver programme objectives
✅ Own our portfolio dashboard—ensuring visibility, consistency, and control
✅ Drive Jira tooling to enhance tracking and reporting across initiatives
✅ Partner with stakeholders across Product, Support, and Flutter functions
✅ Lead planning, progress tracking, and risk mitigation
✅ Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and scope changes with precision
✅ Facilitate “lessons learned” sessions to improve future delivery
✅ Communicate clearly, regularly, and with impact at all levels
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years of proven project/programme delivery experience
✔ Confident in Agile environments (certification a bonus, but not required)
✔ Able to operate at scale and align projects to strategic business goals
✔ Experience working in online, eCommerce, or fast-paced digital organisations
✔ Excellent stakeholder management—especially with senior leaders
✔ Skilled in Jira and related reporting tools
✔ Strong organisational instincts and a talent for balancing detail with big-picture thinking
