Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Please note this is a fixed term contract available now until 31 July 2026 for external candidates and is open as a secondment opportunity for internal candidates.
We are looking for a dynamic Programme Manager to support the implementation of UCL’s upcoming Health Strategy. In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate and manage programmes that strengthen our healthcare education and research infrastructure – ranging from expanding training for healthcare professionals to advancing new research groups or platforms.
You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering programmes that require stakeholder engagement, business case development, communications, and reporting. Working closely with academic and clinical leaders, you’ll also convene networks, steer governance processes, and provide oversight for cross-sector collaborations.
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site. Please note Tuesdays and Thursdays are currently in-office days.
