Location: Borehamwood / Hybrid – 2 days per week office based

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum

ABOUT THE ROLE:
HF Holidays is seeking a Programme Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation Team. As part of the leadership team, this role is key to delivering on our strategic objectives which is our commitment to introduce smarter processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and improve business processes. This role is crucial in driving our strategic goals and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programme Planning and Design: Working with the Head of Strategy & Transformation and wider leadership team, develop and manage the overall programme plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Utilise modern project management methodologies such as Agile and Lean to enhance flexibility and responsiveness.
Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust programme governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the programme’s budget, monitor expenditure, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Implement cost-saving measures and optimise resource utilisation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and partners. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all levels.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution to minimise impact on programme outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services, meeting or exceeding expectations. Implement continuous improvement processes and leverage feedback for ongoing enhancements.
Technology Integration: Utilise advanced programme management software and tools, including MS Project, JIRA, and other relevant platforms, to streamline project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
Sustainability and Innovation: Promote sustainable practices and innovative solutions within the programme. Explore opportunities for eco-friendly initiatives and incorporate them into project planning and execution.
Performance Monitoring: Implement performance evaluation metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success. Regularly report on programme status to the Executive Leadership Team and other key stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
