INSEAD is currently looking for a Programme Manager to join our Executive Education (EDP) Department. This is a permanent and full-time position that will be based at our Asia Campus in One-North, Singapore. This Programme Manager role is a highly visible position, involves active engagement with external corporate clients, programme participants, faculty, internal teams, and external stakeholders. This role operates within a fast-paced, customer-centric service environment in the Executive Education Department. About the Job You will ensure the smooth organisation and logistical coordination necessary for the successful delivery of all EDP programmes, which are delivered on-campus, virtually, off-campus, primarily within regional countries. The role entails managing and coordinating specific tasks with stringent timelines before, during, and after each programme. There are specific tasks with tight timelines to be managed and coordinated before, during and post programme.   Your role within the team * Responsible for ensuring smooth programme delivery by overseeing all administrative/logistical aspects related to the preparation and the delivery of EDP programmes. Gather and centralize all relevant information from stakeholders and liaise with internal departments. * Client relationship management: Act as primary contact, and responsible for representing INSEAD by communicating with participants before, during and after the programme. Develop programme specificities leading to greater client satisfaction. The job holder holds an important public relations role via daily presence during programme delivery, interaction during social events, and personalized follow-up post-programme. * Faculty engagement management: Engage closely with the faculty team, to finalize the programme schedule, and consolidate all pedagogical/teaching requirements. * The position requires a thorough knowledge of managing short and long-term learning journeys: in-person, hybrid, live virtual both on campus and abroad. * Budget Responsibilities: The jobholder holds financial responsibilities by adhering to the assigned programme budget.   Key Challenges * Providing a high level of customer service on a consistent basis. * Familiar with a variety of technology platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc). Comfortable to manage the virtual delivery programmes on these platforms and is highly adaptable to any changes that may arise. * Being proactive when dealing with demands from clients and faculty as well as last minute requests while respecting all processes and procedures. * Responsible and accountable to both clients and faculty for the complete process without having direct authority over any internal services nor visibility of their priorities. * Managing the preparation, running and follow-up of several assigned programmes simultaneously which are structurally different. * Working in a fast-paced environment which requires extensive flexibility in terms of work schedule as some virtual programmes assigned may take place after office hours.   The ideal candidate profile * Degree or Diploma in any discipline. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a demanding customer service role, such as hospitality, or experience with handling corporate clients. * Strive to understand and deliver exceptional services to meet the needs of clients. Passionate about providing exceptional service and finding solutions that make a difference for our clients. * Consistently deliver high-quality work and demonstrate reliability in performing day-to-day responsibilities. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills and is comfortable to drive conversations in professional group setting. * IT savvy, experience in using virtual meeting tools e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc and able to quickly pick up the use of new systems. * Excellent command of computer tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. * Good experience in interpersonal relations. * Meticulous, able to multitask and prioritize the most urgent of tasks. * Able to work independently in a functional role, and actively cooperate with all internal and external stakeholders. * Willingness to travel in the region (Asia) when required.
