WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MGroup Telecom programmes, ensuring realisation of client requirements and business objectives.
You’ll oversee multiple workstreams and direct reports to deliver programme requirements.
We’ll need you as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management and improved customer satisfaction.
You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, support functions and subcontractors.
Management of external resources when required to ensure programme is appropriately resourced
You’ll be accountable for the programme P&L, ensuring profitability through effective cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
You’ll own budgets, financial performance and reporting on variances with corrective actions.
Adhere to programme and contractual governance structures, including steering committees and reporting frameworks.
We’ll need you to provide regular updates to senior leadership on programme status, risks, and financials.
You’ll Identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
