· Passionate about supporting families and caregivers of persons with mental health issues.
· Diploma or higher qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field with 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

· Conduct and facilitate the Caregivers-to-Caregivers (C2C) Psychoeducation and Caregivers-for-Caregivers (C4C) Support Group Programmes.
· Provide caregivers with relevant information, referrals, and emotional support where necessary.
· Promote awareness of Mindfull Community Limited’s programmes and services.
· Support outreach and partnership efforts with assigned hospitals and organisations through events, talks, and engagement activities.
· Build and maintain relationships with assigned partners to explore collaboration opportunities and connect with caregivers.
· Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support analysis and reporting.
· Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, conferences, and cross-functional projects as required.
· Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues in achieving the organisation’s strategic objectives.
· Perform any other related duties as assigned.
