Job Profile Summary The Programme Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business objectives. The role works closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to drive execution excellence, manage risks, and support change adoption across the organisation. Job Descriptions Project Planning & Delivery Lead the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring through to closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource plans. Track project progress against agreed plans and proactively manage dependencies and critical paths. Ensure project outcomes are aligned with strategic and business priorities. Governance, Risk & Controls Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, documentation, and reporting structures. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests throughout the lifecycle. Escalate key risks and decisions in a timely manner with clear options and recommendations. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards where applicable. Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, regular updates, and structured forums. Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and working sessions; document actions and decisions. Partner effectively with business, operations, technology, risk, and external vendors to ensure delivery. Financial & Resource Management Support the preparation, tracking, and monitoring of project budgets and forecasts. Track actual project spend and resource utilisation against plans. Coordinate with finance and third parties to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting. Change & Handover Support change management activities including communications, readiness, and adoption planning. Ensure proper handover of deliverables to business‑as‑usual teams, including documentation and knowledge transfer. Conduct post‑implementation reviews and capture lessons learned Who are we looking for Competencies Strong project planning, organisation, and execution skills. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and resolve issues proactively. Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. Proficient in project management tools and documentation standards. Experience Proven experience in project management, delivering cross‑functional projects of moderate to high complexity. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams. Education Degree holders in any disciplines. Project management certification is desirable.
