Job Title: Programme Managers Contract Type: Permanent Location: London Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based   As part of the evolution and expansion of our Enterprise Projects delivery function, we are seeking to hire three experienced Programme Management professionals to help drive strategic transformation at Royal London Asset Management (RLAM).   Each Programme Manager will align to a key pillar within RLAM including Client Group, Investments and Operations helping to drive core business transformation in line with strategic objectives.   As Programme Manager, you will provide expert portfolio management across complex change initiatives. You will be instrumental in delivering multi-year business outcomes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards whilst maintaining robust governance and control.   This is a unique opportunity to contribute to RLAM’s ambition to expand internationally, grow new product lines and diversify our asset base, particularly across real estate and private markets.   About the role   Lead the successful delivery of key programmes within the RLAM change portfolio, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed cost, quality, and time parameters. Ensure all project delivery aligns with the RLAM Business Plan and supports long-term growth through a multi-year portfolio lens. Build and lead high-performing teams of resource to deliver complex change initiatives. Proactively identify and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support throughout the delivery lifecycle. Operate in line with RLAM’s change methodology, ensuring consistency and best practice across all initiatives. About you   Proven track record of delivering major transformation programmes within Financial Services, ideally within Asset Management. Demonstrated success in managing multiple workstreams and interdependencies. Confident and credible when engaging with senior stakeholders, with strong influencing and relationship-building skills. Adaptable and resilient, able to flex your approach to suit different situations and challenges.
