About the role We are seeking a skilled and relationship-driven Programme Manager to lead our IT project portfolio and deliver technology-related change across the firm. In this role, you will oversee projects from planning to execution, and build project delivery capability within the IT team. Key accountabilities: Management of all IT projects, including project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, and communications. Deliver smaller projects end-to-end, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard. Coach and upskill IT team members on project delivery best practise. Asset management of employee's IT resources. Maintaining the IT contract database. Provide people leadership of the IT Trainer and Systems Analyst, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. About you We're looking for someone who builds strong relationships, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will also bring: 4+ years' experience in a project management or change management roles. Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage at all levels. Proven stakeholder management capability. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to client service.
