Requirements

What you'll do

  • Lead high-performing and multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver complex digital products and services
  • Build trusted client relationships and keep delivery focused on outcomes

  • Lead agile ceremonies, governance and effective decision-making
  • Coach colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across our Delivery Management community

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience leading the successful delivery of complex digital or software projects using Agile methodologies
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across digital, user-centred design, software or DevOps environments
  • Strong delivery assurance, risk, dependency and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical understanding and confidence working with technical teams
  • Commercial experience across budgets, resources, contracts or Statements of Work
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience delivering services against the Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Standard
  • Experience working in digital consultancy or transformation, particularly with UK public sector clients
  • An understanding of cloud technologies, modern software engineering and DevOps practices
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or Azure DevOps

How You'll Work

Our work is varied, fast-moving and often complex. You'll need to be comfortable with uncertainty, adapt as priorities change and bring sound judgement to difficult problems.

We value people who:

  • Take ownership and make things happen
  • Work openly and collaboratively, welcoming different perspectives
  • Communicate clearly, especially when things are complex
  • Stay curious, learn from others and look for better ways of working
  • Solve problems together and focus on delivering meaningful outcomes

At Informed, you'll work alongside people who care about doing great work, supporting each other and creating digital services that have a real-world impact. No two programmes are the same — and that's what makes the role interesting.
