Responsibilities

At LogicSteel we’re looking for a Programme Manager who can lead multi-team initiatives, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from planning and risk management to stakeholder communication and delivery.
As Programme Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our complex programmes. You’ll create clarity, manage dependencies, and keep everyone aligned. Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining integrated programme timelines and work breakdown structures;
  • Tracking milestones, managing scope changes, and handling schedule variances;
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues in collaboration with teams;
  • Facilitating communication across teams and managing dependencies;
  • Reporting status and risks clearly and accurately to stakeholders;
  • Resolving delivery blockers and escalating when needed;
  • Establish and maintaining programme governance structures;
  • Leading planning sessions and milestone reviews;
  • Ensuring alignment between programme goals and business objectives.
