Description

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan that outlines the goals, objectives, timelines, resources, and associated risks.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of program initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the program plan and objectives and network into the BU product development and program management teams globally
  • Communicate program status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
  • Develop and manage program budget, ensuring that all initiatives are adequately funded and resources are used efficiently.
  • Lead and manage program team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful execution of program initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring that risk management strategies are in place and implemented.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are met.
  • Prepare regular program progress, status, and performance reports, present findings to senior management and other stakeholders.


 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, managing multiple projects and initiatives within a specific program.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage complex programs with multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Appreciation of British European and international standards for construction and insulation products and applications would be an advantage.
  • Periodic international travel may be required depending on the respective project scopes
