Description
  1. ey Responsibilities include:Drive and govern programme delivery across multiple workstreams and third parties
  2. Manage and track dependencies across external vendors, payment partners and internal teams
  3. Hold third parties accountable for agreed milestones, commitments and quality
  4. Identify, escalate and actively manage delays, risks and issues before they impact delivery
  5. Provide clear, structured reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and sponsors
  6. Establish and maintain robust governance, controls, and progress tracking across the programme


  1. Requirements include:Proven Programme Manager or senior PMO experience, ideally within payments, fintech or financial services
  2. Track record of delivering large-scale, complex programmes with significant third-party dependencies
  3. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the presence to push partners and vendors to deliver
  4. Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware
  5. Strong reporting and governance skills across tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira or similar
