The Salvation Army in Perth provides support for 30 males who are experiencing homelessness and have multiple and complex needs. Our role is to provide a safe place to stay with support. Our homelessness services are at the heart of this mission, offering compassion, dignity and hope to people we serve. The service delivery model is rooted in a harm reduction approach and strength-based support.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Programme Manager to lead our team, ensuring high-quality, trauma informed, person-centred support that empowers individuals to move toward independence and stability.
Key Responsibilities: This role is central to achieving positive outcomes for our clients and service by achieving internal and contractual Key Performance Indicators. Along with the rest of the Management Team, the Programme Manager will promote a culture of continuous professional development, reflective practice, and a compassion that develops best practice. This role will deputise for the Service Manager when required.
Appointment subject to satisfactory references, proof of right to work in the UK and PVG (Disclosure Scotland Check). Once appointed in the role, registration with SSSC will be a requirement.
