Ventia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of multiple long-term electrical contracts within our ENR North business. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure our programmes meet contractual, financial, and quality expectations. ABOUT THE ROLE As Programme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our contract delivery, responsible for: Contract Oversight: Leading the execution of long-term electrical contracts, ensuring scope, schedule, and deliverables are met. Financial Management: Managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Operational Delivery: Overseeing project and maintenance activities, driving continuous improvement and efficiency. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships and acting as the key point of contact for programme communications. Performance & KPI Management: Monitoring safety, quality, financial, and delivery metrics to ensure high performance. Strategic Leadership: Aligning programme delivery with business goals and identifying growth opportunities. Risk & Compliance: Managing risks and ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards. Team Leadership: Leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong background in electrical infrastructure and contract management. You’ll have: Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Electrical Registration or Licensing Commercial or Contract Management training (e.g., NEC, NZS3910) Experience managing complex electrical contracts or infrastructure programmes Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and ISO standards Proficiency in programme planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Excellent communication, adaptability, and stakeholder engagement skills Diversity Ventia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
