Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation programs, managing scope, timelines, cost, and quality
  • Drive Agile and fixed-price project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and risk mitigation
  • Oversee cutover planning, rollback strategies, business continuity (BCP), and major Go-Lives
  • Manage cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, SMEs) to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels, including steering committees
  • Implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms for tracking project performance
  • Spearhead organizational change management to drive adoption and transformation.
