SCHOOL OF CONTINUING EDUCATION   Established in 2000, the College of International Education (CIE) is a self-funded unit of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), offering full-time Associate Degree (AD), Higher Diploma (HD) and Undergraduate (UG) Honours Degree Programmes at the Shek Mun (Shatin) campus.  It is a major education providing unit of the School of Continuing Education (SCE), one of the seven Faculties/Schools of HKBU. CIE currently enrolls over 3,500 students and is committed to the University’s mission of providing quality whole-person higher education with a Christian heritage.  Applications are now invited for the following position:   Programme Officer (Ref. No.: 25260545)   Responsibilities: The appointee will provide coordination and administrative support for self-funded undergraduate programmes offered by the College of International Education.  Major duties include assisting in the admission exercise; supporting Quality Assurance processes such as revision to curricula of existing programmes and preparing reports; compiling statistical data related to the programmes; supporting various committee work; and providing administrative and academic support to teaching staff and students, including class scheduling and student affairs.   Requirements: * A bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience; * Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua); * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, organised and analytical mindset; * Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation; * Ability to multitask under tight schedules; and * Competence in computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing) and IT skills.   Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.   The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract ending in August 2027.
