Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Programmes and Partnership to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers.
  • Minute/Note taking to support the administrative function and capturing decisions and outcomes of project meetings and groups.
  • Prepare reports and gather information to send to funders and commissioners on the progress of various projects and programmes.
  • Research and identify a range of partnership opportunities, including grants, contracts, and commissioning.
  • Lead and support the development of high-quality project implementation in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain project delivery plans, tracking progress, identifying risks and issues and flagging these up at the earliest opportunity to managers.
  • Work with wider partners, networks, and CVFSE to identify joint opportunities that align with shared goals.
  • Lead on developing proposals and compelling partnership to support the organisations ambitions.
  • Model a collaborative and influencing style of working, negotiating with others to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to shape innovative and community-informed solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with funders, commissioners, partners, and supporters.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings, forums, and networking events to raise its profile and develop partnership leads.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the external funding and policy environment.
  • To undertake any other duties as agreed by the manager.
