With a large number of projects scheduled, you will be working with Capital Delivery, as part of the Project Controls team. This role is responsible for the set-up, schedule templates, schedule management plans, maintenance of Programme Master Schedules and publishing of Reports. You will be upskilling and mentoring other members of the team, on schedule management principals, best practice and implementation of programmme/project schedule creation. Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator who is proactive at identifying and resolving issues. Your skills will include: Minimum of five years' experience in project planning/scheduling experience supporting civil projects. Establishment and operational experience in Primavera and/or MS Project. Demonstratable knowledge of client portfolio, programme and project breakdown structures. Experience in the development and establishment of scheduling and dependency management processes and standards in a large utility organization. Experience mentoring and leading others. Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or relevant qualification) and/or a Project Management qualification eg: APM, PMI, Prince2 is preferred but not essential.
