He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role Working as part of the Controls team in Programme Delivery, you will be responsible for the operation, data input, quality and maintenance of infrastructure programme schedules that are provided by our strategy and planning, and delivery teams. Reporting to the Senior Controls Manager, this role works in partnership with the Programme Scheduler Lead. You will enable monthly development of schedule views between Project, Programme and Portfolio logic linked scenarios based on information provided by Watercare Project Managers. You will provide support and coaching on the use of scheduling practices with the Programme Delivery team and Watercare’s partners. Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you You’re a motivated and solutions‑focused professional who enjoys working collaboratively and building strong relationships. Your skills and experience include: Minimum of five years' experience in project planning/scheduling experience supporting civil projects . Establishment and operational experience in Primavera and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of client portfolio, programme and project breakdown structures. Professional experience in a similar project role in a Portfolio Management Office or similar function Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or relevant qualification) and/or a Project Management qualification eg: APM, PMI, Prince2 is desirable.
