JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Programme Staff to support the planning and delivery of recreational, educational, and enrichment programmes at YMCA centres. This role ensures a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all participants while assisting in daily operations and programme management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Secondary Education (GCE O-Level or equivalent).
  • Passion for working with children, youth, and community groups.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to full-time working hours.
  • Prior experience in programme delivery, childcare, or education is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Working Hours:
  • Full-time, 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
  • Daily hours: Typically 8 hours per day (e.g., 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, including lunch break).
  • Occasional flexibility may be required for special programmes or training events.
