PROGRAMME SUPPORT OFFICER (BRADWELL & COLCHESTER)

Working hours: This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) with the opportunity for hybrid working and flexible working
Part-time working may be considered for an exceptional candidate
Salary: £28,000- £32,191
Benefits: We offer a range of benefits including hybrid and flexible working, 11% non-contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday rising to 29 after five years’ service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of programme documentation, outcomes framework, project plans, risk register, issues logs, lessons learned and other project-related documents and take a lead in their maintenance.
  • Liaise with each project and coordinate the production of project reporting on a regular basis.
  • Schedule Project Board meetings and other project-related meetings, set up relevant IT, and manage attendance, in liaison with the Team PA.
  • Support the Programme Managers in reviewing project expenses against project budgets.
  • Actively contribute to the formal process reviews to help enable our teams to become more efficient in their processes.
