PROGRAMMER/ANALYST-LEVEL 2

On behalf of our public insurance client, Procom is searching for a Programmer/Analyst-Level 2 for a 1-year role. This position is a remote position based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

PROGRAMMER/ANALYST-LEVEL 2 - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role involves working on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, focusing on CRM Online and CRM Portal development. The project includes enhancing existing systems, integrating new functionalities, and ensuring seamless operation within the organization’s technology stack.

PROGRAMMER/ANALYST-LEVEL 2 - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite and CRM development.
  • Experience with Azure, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, SSRS, SQL, C# / .Net, X++.
  • Expert knowledge of ASP.Net MVC and API application development using C#.
  • Ability to implement Dynamics CRM Master Data Model using Azure Logic Apps.
  • Expert knowledge of Plug-in development (C#); experience with Dynamics CRM SDK.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 DevOps strategies and deployment methodologies.
  • Ability to develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

PROGRAMMER/ANALYST-LEVEL 2 – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with Dynamics data migration (KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory).
  • Experience with Dynamics automated monitoring solutions.
  • Good understanding of Dynamics Security model and best practices.
  • Experience creating feature flags within D365 and Azure environment.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation using Azure pipeline.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze information and business requirements for the development of secure functional and system design specifications.
  • Liaise with users to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Create and modify code, screens, and reports according to published standards.
  • Develop secure application code integrated with other software programs.
  • Design code and procedures for computer systems of varying sizes.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of programs through testing.
  • Assist with the implementation and secure integration of applications.
