Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs using Mastercam to support efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will work closely with machinists, engineers, managers, and quality personnel to ensure parts are produced accurately, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: * Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for mills and/or lathes * Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models * Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies to maximize efficiency and tool life * Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floor * Collaborate with machinists and management to ensure programs run accurately and efficiently * Support first-article inspections and make program adjustments as needed * Maintain program documentation and revision control * Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and production standards * Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to machining processes Qualifications: * Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment * Strong proficiency with Mastercam or other programming software * Solid understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, feeds, and speeds * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T * Experience with mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: * Competitive pay based on experience * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid holidays and paid time off * Stable work environment with growth opportunities
