ABOUT US

We operate a high-traffic real estate platform with live MLS data and over 145,000 registered users. We’re building an AI Concierge to help buyers and sellers connect with properties instantly through SMS, WhatsApp, and web chat.
The AI Concierge is the first of several AI-powered tools we plan to launch over the next year. We’re looking for a full stack developer who can join us now, prove themselves during a 3-month probationary period, and then move into a permanent role on payroll.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building chatbots, conversational AI, or automation tools.
• Strong SQL and database query optimization skills.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (Twilio, OpenAI, etc.).
• Familiarity with secure backend design and deployment best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• (Bonus) Experience with MLS/real estate data.

THE ROLE

You will lead the development of our AI Concierge , integrating our live MLS database (MySQL, updated every 15 minutes) with external APIs to deliver personalized property recommendations, real-time alerts, and booking functionality.
This is a hands-on coding role where your work will have a direct and immediate impact on user engagement and conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain backend services (FastAPI or Node.js) that:
• Understand natural language property search queries.
• Query MLS data in MySQL (read-only) for matching listings.
• Personalize results based on stored user behavior (views & searches).
• Detect new listings, price changes, and open houses, and send alerts to targeted users.
• Handle “Book a Showing” flows with agent notifications.
• (Future) Ingest market events (e.g., rate changes) and trigger personalized outreach.
• Integrate Twilio API for SMS & WhatsApp messaging.
• Implement secure, parameterized SQL queries for performance and safety.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritize features.
