ABOUT YOU
You will have previous experience of working in an administrative support role (preferably with experience of student administration) within a busy office environment.
Seeking a dedicated individual to join our Taught Programmes Team. You will play a key role working closely with other team members and academic staff to ensure the smooth and efficient administration and operation of our degree programmes within the Faculty.
Attention to detail is important, as is the ability to manage conflicting priorities at times. You will need to work closely with other team members, academic colleagues and students from across the world and other stakeholders, so effective communication skills are essential. You should have good computer skills, with sound proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and the ability to learn use of database systems.
Experience in the use of University-specific software (Moodle, SAMIS/SITS and Business Objects) is desirable though not essential. Most important is an interest in our work and a willingness to become fully involved in the life of the Faculty and its departments.
