ABOUT EQUAL

EQUAL is an Institute of Public Character (IPC) charity that focuses on improving social and mental health and well-being amongst children, youths, persons with special needs, and the elderly. EQUAL partners rescued and retired horses to empower those whom we serve by enhancing their socio-emotional well-being, self-awareness and relationship management skills through animal-assisted programmes – developing resilience and strengthening individuals and communities.

  • Prior experience with horses is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Abilities to speak in mother tongues and dialects will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
