Description

ABOUT DOWNING’S INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMME

The Downing College International Programme was originally established in 1998 and offered only to our University Partner’s overseas. With the initiative of expanding the programme offering to International Students aged 15-18, Downing College International Programme became one of the College Endorsed Summer Programmes within the Cambridge University academic community.
The Programme is split into three main sub programmes; Pre-Sessional International Programme (15-18), International Programme (15-18), AND Undergraduate Programme (18+), held at Downing College, Cambridge.
During the Programme, students will engage in a variety of academic activities such as lectures, workshops and visits to subject-related laboratories. Students will also enjoy a vibrant social calendar featuring quintessential Cambridge and British experiences, such as formal dinner, punting and a history and political tour of London.
With cross-disciplinary learning and empowerment at the core of the Downing College International Programmes, we are driven to ensure that students have the best experience that can be offered.
