This person will be creating, scheduling and implementing therapeutic programs for our a small cohort of Assisted Living residents who are experiencing and adjusting to living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI).   Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner’s caring and compassionate programming team members provide therapeutic opportunities and meaningful engagement our senior residents. . Must have 1+ years experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer's populations. * Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance) * Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers * Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
