Role Overview Adriana's is seeking a Programming & Marketing Lead that will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and evaluation of the organization’s programs while driving strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and community engagement. This role will ensure that all programming aligns with the organization’s mission and that marketing efforts effectively communicate impact, attract participants, strengthen partnerships, and increase funding opportunities. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and creative, equally comfortable designing impactful programs and leading high-level marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Program Development & Oversight Design, implement, and evaluate mission-aligned programs and initiatives Establish measurable goals, outcomes, and performance indicators Oversee program budgets, timelines, and staffing Ensure program quality, consistency, and community relevance Prepare impact reports and data summaries for leadership and funders Identify opportunities to expand or scale programming Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth goals Oversee brand messaging, storytelling, and visual identity Lead digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, website content) Direct content strategy highlighting program impact, testimonials, and success stories Manage promotional campaigns for events, initiatives, and partnerships Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials Event & Campaign Integration Align program launches with marketing rollouts Oversee promotional strategy for community events and activations Collaborate with partnerships and sponsorship teams to maximize visibility Lead content capture strategy during key initiatives Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Supervise program managers and marketing staff Collaborate with development team to support grant proposals and donor communications Present program updates and marketing performance reports to Executive Director and Board Build strategic partnerships that enhance programming and brand reach Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred) 4+ years of leadership experience in programming, marketing, or nonprofit management Strong experience in campaign strategy and brand development Proven ability to manage budgets and oversee multiple initiatives Experience analyzing data and measuring program impact Bilingual in both English and Spanish Preferred Skills Experience in education, mentorship, or community-based programs Strong digital marketing and social media expertise Background in event activations and partnership marketing Grant reporting or development collaboration experience Key Competencies Strategic leadership Creative direction Data-driven decision-making Project management excellence Brand storytelling Strong executive presence Community-centered mindset Pay: starting $70,304 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
