As a Programming Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our games and leading the way with strategic decisions. As a Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of around10 Programmers, each bringing their unique skills and expertise to the table.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a dedicated programming team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects across multiple SKUs in a live environment.
  • Develop and implement schedules, efficiently distributing tasks and resources within the programming team.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate the team’s work, providing guidance to meet project objectives.
  • Assist in estimating project timelines, committing to deliverables, and supporting the team in overcoming technical challenges.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external clients, producers, directors, designers, and artists.
  • Offer hands-on support with programming tasks when required and perform additional duties as needed to ensure project success.
