Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Programs Coordinator to help us achieve The Smith Family’s vision. This pivotal role will manage and deliver one of our most valuable programs – Learning for Life. The role involves planning and implementing The Smith Family suite of Learning for Life programs within the community. You will need to be able to help facilitate successful delivery of the programs, including supporting the Family Partnerships Coordinator with the recruitment of Learning for Life students onto programs in the local community.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Learning for Life and working with a dedicated and passionate team, you will:

  • Establish and maintain Partner School relationships and monitor progress, planning and implementation, and feedback on programs and activities
  • Continually monitor program delivery and ensure the database has accurate and up to date information
  • Advocate for and answer enquiries relating to The Smith Family educational programs
  • Meet with fellow team members to discuss potential improvements that can be made to the program
  • Work with community leaders to identify partnership opportunities
